Every year in the first weekend of the month of May to Molazzana, a town of Garfagnana, in the province of Lucca, unwinds a spring festival called "Cascio festival".One more reason for those who still has not visited the Garfagnana and its villages, spend a day in Molazzana
The feast begins in the morning with the celebration of Holy Mass, and continues with the tasting of typical local products, especially of the "piatto cascerotto" made of pork and criscioletta. In the afternoon there are games for children, folkloristic shows and flea markets.
