Bababoom Hi Fi Sound System


Fondato nel 2004, Bababoom Hi Fi gestisce il proprio sistema audio pesante e personalizzato dal 2007, suonando il meglio della musica Roots Reggae e Dub dalla fondazione fino ai giorni nostri.




Abbiamo suonato su e giù per l'Italia e anche nel Regno Unito, in Francia, in Romania, in Giamaica e in Tunisia, a volte accanto a spettacoli top-a-top come Jah Shaka, David Rodigan, Mad Professor, Michael Prophet, Channel One (solo per citarne alcuni ) e festival internazionali come Sardinia Reggae (2010,2011), Subsonic (2012), Dubstone (2015), Manuel Dub (2017).



Abbiamo anche promosso attivamente la cultura del sistema audio non diluito al 100% nella nostra zona, ospitando eventi regolari come il Roots Attitude (2008-2009) Bass Guidance Festival (2008-2010), Dub on the Lake (2011-2013), in collaborazione con altri locali equipaggi.


Nel 2011 abbiamo iniziato a produrre musica sulla nostra etichetta, pubblicando brani della band italiana The Roots Defenders e artisti come Johnny Clarke, Earl 16, Dennis Alcapone, Afrikan Simba e altri.


Nel 2017 Bababoom Hi Fi è ben equipaggiato con una profonda scatola di dubs e una sua musica esclusiva, con il suono del Dub Defender e la voce di Willi Williams, Prince Malachi, Ramon Judah, UK Principal e altro ancora.


La selezione comprende musica reggae spirituale dalle fondamenta a dubs stepper grezzi inediti, sempre carichi di un messaggio positivo e una profonda sensazione di radici.
